Shipping & Return Information
Shipping
We use USPS to ship your packages and only ship within the continental United States. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery. USPS Priority Mail shipping is free. If a faster shipping method is needed, we will do our best to accomodate, but you will be responsible for shipping charges.
NOTE: We are unable to ship shoes to a P.O. Box. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of placement. Most items are available for shipment within 10 days of your order, either from our warehouse, or from our vendor partners. In the event of a backorder or delay, we will inform you as to the status of your order and give you the option to wait for the backordered item to become available, or to cancel the order.
Returns
All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the item. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept any returns of used or worn apparel or hosiery. All returns must be in original, sealed packaging. If you are returning shoes, you MUST send the shoes back with a proper shipping box or container. A shoe box received with shipping tape and label applied to the shoe box directly will not be accepted as it is considered a damaged product.
- If we sent you the wrong item (wrong style, color or size), we will exchange it for the correct. We must receive your return within 15 days. We will pay the shipping costs.
- If it has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it. You must return it within 5 days. We will pay the shipping costs.
- If the item was damaged in transit by USPS, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send a replacement and give you instructions for returning the merchandise.
- If, upon visual inspection, it looks like the size won't fit, we will exchange it for a different size. You must return it within 5 days. You will pay the shipping costs.
- If, upon visual inspection, you don't like the item, we will exchange it for a different style that we may have in stock. You must return the original item within 5 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
